Planning for filmimg

We planned to film on Saturday night. We made a group chat with a bunch of extras in which we advised them that we wanted to film and told them the time and location. We planned to film around 7.30 at Markham park in an empty field near a runway for RC planes. The problem with this is that Markham closes at sundown, but remains open for people that are camping there, so we thought that maybe they would be a bit lenient with us filming there, so we decided to film there anyway.
In class, we were super excited to plan for filming. We discussed cars(pictures of cars we planned to use are going to be below) and what we were each going to bring to the shoot. In my case, I had to bring my car(which we weren't sure we were going to use), work lights, extension cords, boxing gloves, and my clothes for the shoot. We also discussed roles for the shoot. Tomas was going to shoot, and direct, with input from all of us of course. My role was to be one of the fighters and put my input into the boxing and the shots that we were going to film. Arianna and Jonathan were both also going to provide input in the shots, but also be extras in the film. We also tried looking for people to do our make up and help with the set design. a girl in our class, Emily, told us that she was really good at makeup, but she wasn't available on Saturday, which was the only day we could film. Because of this, we began to look for alternate options, and found some of Tomas's friends that could help us.
In regards to the hospital scene, my dad had confirmed that we could film in the hospital, but that it would most likely have to be pretty late at night and on a day that he worked. The other thing with this is that we didn't want to bring too many people since it is a functioning hospital, and we didn't want too many people making too much noise, so we decided that only me and Tomas would go, along with the actor that was going to play the visitor. With the actor, we planned on using Paola, a girl in our class, as she really wanted to have a part in our project, and visit the hospital at the same time. With all the discussion we had in class, we felt fairly confident that the shoot was going to go well, and that everything was going to turn out great. We were happy with all of our progress.
